What this is
The Primal Protocol is a structured 84-day program of nutrition, training, scheduling, and documentation, delivered through this site and run by Elementum LLC ("we"). Entry is by application and review. We can decline any application without giving a reason.
What this is not
This is not medical care, medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for any of them. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, prevents, or cures any condition. Before starting any program that changes how you eat, train, or sleep, talk to a physician, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant. Certain phases of the protocol require written confirmation from a named medical supervisor before they unlock, and we will not override that for anyone.
Your responsibility
You are an adult making decisions about your own body. You will tell the truth on intake. You will stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong. You accept that results differ from person to person and that we promise none.
Payment
Fees are stated at the time of approval. Initiation and monthly fees are non-refundable. Memberships cannot be paused. You can cancel future billing at any time; access ends at the close of the paid period.
Content
Everything on this site, including The Standard, lessons, recipes, and reference data, is ours or licensed to us. It is for your personal use. Don't republish it, resell it, or build on it without written permission.
Conduct
We can revoke access for anyone who is abusive to mentors or other members, who shares credentials, or who misrepresents themselves on intake. No refund in that case.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of this site or participation in the protocol. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to members. Continued use after that is acceptance.
