Short version: we collect what the protocol needs, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted.
What we collect
When you apply: your name, email, optional phone, your answers, and your IP address. When you're a member: intake answers, measurements, meal and body logs, lesson progress, and photos you choose to upload. When you read The Standard: standard server logs.
What we do with it
We use it to review your application, run your protocol, and show you your own data. Mentors assigned to you can see your protocol data. Nobody else can. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the protocol.
Who else touches it
Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which sit between you and our server. Email is sent through our own mail server. No analytics trackers, no ad pixels, no third-party embeds.
How long we keep it
Applications that are not approved are deleted after twelve months. Member data is kept while you are a member and for twelve months after, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted. We'll do it within thirty days. If you're in California or the EU, you have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively; the same email address handles those requests.
Cookies
One session cookie, used to keep you logged in. That's it.
